Would you like to have your own telephone number and a secretarial service answering your calls in a personalised way?

Personal Telephone Number
You will be given a telephone number with an automatic calls’ transfer service
The transfer can be shaped towards your chosen telephone number or to a vocal box protecting the privacy of your number.

Business Telephone Number
You will be given a telephone number with a personalized answer service.
One of our secretaries will answer the telephone with the Welcome message You have chosen.
Then, the calls will be:

  • Transferred to the telephone numbers You have chosen;
  • Registered and forwarded with a message (by: telephone, e-mail and fax)

Agenda and appointments management
Our secretaries will register your appointments and will keep you informed of eventual dates and expirations, according to your specific needs.

Meeting Rooms available even for just 1 hour
If you need to organize a meeting in an elegant, reserved and cosy place, you can try one of our meeting rooms. Starting from 4 up to 16 seats, equipped with:

  • Personal computers;
  • Overhead projector;
  • Video projector;
  • LCD Televisions;
  • free WiFi broadband;
  • If you need to entertain your guests, we can also organize the catering according to your needs.
